Room Tour & Rental Information

Catering Rules

  1. All deliveries and pick-ups must use the service elevator ONLY.
  1. All areas used by Caterer for serving food must be left in the condition that they are found.  All areas will be cleaned and mopped, if necessary.
  1. All kitchen equipment that is used must be cleaned inside and out.  There will be a charge for equipment used, to be determined upon request. 
  1. All busing will be done in the kitchen or designated staging areas.  After the event, it is Caterer’s responsibility to clean all walls that food or drinks may have splattered onto.
  1. All liquid spills, no matter how small, must be attended to immediately.
  1. All ice in carts, trays, or coolers must have a cloth under them.
  1. Tablecloths are not to be removed before guests leave.  When the cloths are removed, they are to be folded inward; do not pick cloths up by the middle and shake on the floor.
  1. Nothing is to be placed on the window sills.
  1. Decorations are not permitted to be affixed to the walls, ceiling, tables, or chairs in any fashion.  This includes tape on the floors.
  1. Confetti, rice, birdseed, bubbles, and potpourri are not permitted in the Club or to be thrown on Club grounds.  This includes confetti on tables.  Real rose pedals are only allowed to be thrown outside of Club building.
  1. Smoking is permitted only in the Cantina and outside.
  1. Nothing is to be left unattended in the lobbies when guests are present.
  1. It is Caterer’s responsibility to clean and bus the concourse if it is to be used as a holding area prior to the User’s event.  Caterer will provide a person to bus the area while guests are present.
  1. All events are scheduled for four (4) hours.  Club will open three (3) hours prior to the start of the event for all vendors.  All vendors have one hour to clean and remove all equipment from Club after the event.
  1. Caterer is responsible for providing all extension cords, trash bags, hand trucks, and ice necessary for the event.
  2. The client is not allowed to provide his/her own food or alcoholic beverages.
  3. The 10% catering fee to The Italian Club is the Caterers’ responsibility.  This fee mustbe paid two weeks prior to the event unless other arrangements have been made with Club management.  If a Caterer does not comply, he/she will not be allowed to work any future events at The Italian Club.
